At Harish Projects, we strive to ensure your electronic components and hardware arrive in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your Harish Projects account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and the printed RMA form to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
